My therapeutic approach is rooted in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy and is trauma-informed.

Gestalt is a creative, relational and embodied approach that emphasises self-awareness, personal responsibility, and living in the present moment. Rather than simply talking about your struggles, we explore how you experience them in the here and now, hoping to create opportunities for insight and change.

Drawing on insight from neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, and sensorimotor psychotherapy, I am sensitive to and prioritise safety, empowerment, and helping you rebuild a sense of agency and vitality, all while respecting your personal journey and goals.
